La Mirada, California -- Horn, which makes and supplies chemicals for industries including polyurethane, has promoted Dustin Le and Rick Hays to industry managers to complement their senior account manager positions.
The two will work in the Advanced Materials business. Le will be Horn's polyurethane industry manager and Hays will be the thermoplastics industry manager.
Horn said in a 28 March news release that Le brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a well-respected PU industry insider. He has held both senior technical and marketing positions with BASF Polyurethanes, Lasco Industries and Line-X. Dustin is currently serving as the president of the Polyurea Development Association (PDA).
Hays has over twenty years of experience in the plastics and specialty chemical distribution industry and is serving in regional leadership positions in the Society of Plastic Engineers.
