Fairfax, Virginia -- Huntsman Corporation is the first spray polyurethane foam chemical supplier to receive accreditation through the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance’s Professional Certification Program.
Kurt Resienberg, SPFA executive director, said: “The alliance’s Supplier Company Accreditation Program recognises companies that are dedicated to raising the bar on safety, performance, quality and professionalism.”
Among the requirements for accreditation is requirement for offering training programmes and achieving best practices/risk management programme verification.
The certification program, originally designed for individual contractors, was recently expanded to include suppliers.
