Hackensack, New Jersey -- US-based Hybred International Inc., a manufacturer of therapeutic aluminium/urethane horseshoes, has projected domestic sales of over $5 million in 2010.
Hybred said the sales projection is based on initial "acceptance and excitement in the industry after the Hybred Horseshoe was first introduced," and does not include international sales or the company's other product lines.
"Hybred International is in full blown production mode and is very excited about the feedback we are receiving from the equine industry," said Hybred founder and ceo, Gary Kouletas.
Hybred estimates that the therapeutic horseshoe market totals around $450 million.
The company supplies its horseshoe in the US through its largest domestic distributor, Thoroughbred. (RD)
