South Carolina, US – A new generation of polycaprolactone polyols, Capa L, has been introduced by Ingevity. It is designed for PU adhesives in flexible food packaging, construction and industrial applications.
Capa L gives liquid products at room temperature. It also has an enhanced rate of biodegradation, and is food contact compliant in the EU.
“The latest generation of Capa polyols provides formulators with the performance and sustainability benefits they are seeking,” said Steven Hulme, president at Ingevity advanced Polymer Technologies.
The product made its debut at the Feica European Adhesive & Sealant Conference and Expo in Noordwijkerhout, Netherlands.
