Alexandria, Virginia - The International Sleep Products Association says its condensed conference format will provide mattress industry executives with "timely and relevant" educational sessions tailored specifically to the industry.
The one-and-a-half day 2013 ISPA Industry Conference, which takes place 6-7 March in Orlando, Florida, is a full day shorter than previous conferences to allow participants to maximise their time, the association said. The event starts with the afternoon and evening of networking, followed by a day of presentations and sessions.
Steve McKee, president of marketing firm McKee, Wallwork and Cleveland, will start the 7 March conference with a keynote presentation entitled 'Marketing to the Rationally Irrational.' The event will also feature discussions on social media and search engine optimisation.
ISPA, founded in 1915, is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the growth, profitability and stature of the mattress industry, and represents nearly 700 mattress manufacturers and suppliers across the world.
