Johns Manville makes leadership changes

Denver, Colorado – Insulation and roofing materials firm Johns Manville has promoted Bob Wamboldt to senior vice president and general manager of its insulation systems business. He succeeds Fred Stephan, who is leaving the company.

Joe Smith is replacing Wamboldt in his previous role as SVP and general manager of the roofing systems business. Previously, he was the general manager of the building insulation division.

“Johns Manville is a leader and innovator in the many global markets we serve,” said Mary Rhinehart, the company’s chairman, president and chief executive. “We are confident Bob and Joe will continue making JM the supplier of choice for our customers, and we are thankful for the service Fred has given JM over the past 12 years.”
