Milwaukee, Wisconsin -- Michael Katz, president of Molded Dimensions Inc., has been elected president of the Polyurethane Manufacturers Association.
Katz, a former vice president and secretary/treasurer of the PMA board of directors, will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to board members as well as chairing quarterly and annual meetings, the association said.
During his two-year term, Katz hopes to increase the number of suppliers and processors who become members, according to the Milwaukee-based PMA. He's also interested in expanding educational outreach to technical schools to give design, processing and engineering students opportunities to learn more about cast polyurethane's benefits and challenges.
