Istanbul – Turkish PU systems house Kimpur has signed a distribution agreement with China-based Wanhua Chemical Group. Under the terms of the deal, Kimpur becomes the exclusive distributor of Wanhua’s Wanthane-branded TPU products in its domestic market.
Kimpur has locations throughout Turkey from which it will operate sales and after-sales services of Wanthane-branded TPU products for footwear applications. While it has exclusivity in its home market, Kimpur is able to sell Wanthane TPU products, and package products, in its 45 export markets.
Kimpur’s CEO Cavidan Karaca said: ‘We continue to get stronger with the new investments and collaborations we have made. By signing a distributorship agreement with Wanhua Chemical Group, we added TPU, which is heavily used in many sectors, as well as shoes, to our product range.’
