Kingscourt, Ireland -- Polyurethane insulated panel maker Kingspan has acquired the Building Insulation Division of Pactiv.
As previously reported at UTECH-polyurethane.com, Kingspan entered into the agreement to acquire Pactiv's US building insulation, which produces insulation products under the GreenGuard brand, in August. The deal was finalised under its original terms on 31 October.
