Kingscourt, Ireland - Kingspan Group plc says it has been recognised as one of the UK's leading business in the 2013 Superbrands league table.
The independent annual listing, coordinated by The Centre for Brand Analysis, identifies the UK's strongest brands across over 50 sectors and is judged by an expert council and more than 1900 business professionals, the building products specialist said in an 8 April news release.
The Irish firm provides a range of building products and solutions, including polyurethane insulation.
"We are delighted that the hard work of staff across all of our divisions has been recognised in this way. At Kingspan, we pride ourselves on the innovation and quality of our products which are designed to deliver energy efficient solutions and savings," commented group chief executive Gene Murtagh.
The brands are assessed on three key criteria: quality, reliability and distinction. Brands do not apply or pay to be considered for Superbrands status, Kingspan said.
