Washington, DC— Justin Koscher is the new president of PIMA, the US Polyisocyanurate Insulation Manufacturers Association, replacing Jarred Blum who stepped down in October 2016.
Most recently, Koscher worked at the US Centre for the Polyurethane Industry where he directed the CPI’s Spray Foam Coalition. He also helped to run the Sustainability Committee which represents the US polyurethane industry on building codes and standards, blowing agents, fire safety and environmental issues.
Before joining the CPI in 2014, Koscher was vice president of public policy at the US Center for Environmental Innovation in Roofing. Here he helped members develop policy priorities from local through to federal levels.
He is a member of the Bars of the Supreme Court of Illinois and DC Court of Appeals.
