Mississauga, Ontario – Doug Kramer has been appointed CEO at Icynene-Lapolla. His predecessor in the role, Mark Sarvary, is now executive chairman.
Kramer founded Lapolla Industries in 2005, leading the company until it merged with Icynene in 2018, when he became president of the combined company. He remains the company’s president.
The two legacy companies have completed the integration process. The two individual brands, Icynene and Lapolla, and their individual product lines, have been retained.
‘This shift in leadership is a natural progression for Icynene-Lapolla,’ Sarvary said. ‘We have now successfully completed the merger of the two legacy spray foam companies, integrating the best of each entity into one extremely powerful organisation.’
Kramer added that they recognised the power of both brands early on in the integration process. ‘[This] informed our ultimate decision to keep both intact for our customers,’ he said.
