Houston, Texas - Insulation and coatings manufacturer Lapolla Industries Inc. has appointed Troy Herring as insulation product manager. Herring has been with Lapolla for over two years as national sales manager for the AirTight Division.
"Troy's expertise in insulation and building science, from credentials to applications, make him the perfect candidate for Lapolla on a broad base," said Doug Kramer, ceo and president of Lapolla, in a statement from the Houston, Texas-based company. "Although Troy will continue to support the AirTight Division, his expertise will also be applied in support of Lapolla's global expansion."
Herring has been in the spray foam industry for over ten years, as a part of the AirTight Program, specifically oriented to the successful start-up process for new spray foam insulation contractor startups. AirTight's assets were acquired by Lapolla in 2008 for the specific purpose of growing the professional spray foam insulation contractor base throughout the US.
