By David Reed, UT EditorLondon-There are only four time slots left in the initial programme of company-sponsored seminars running alongside the UTECH Asia 2005 exhibition in Singapore, so interested parties should apply right away to be sure of their places, say the organisers, Crain Communications Ltd.Taking place 10-12 April in the Suntec City complex in Singapore, this major event will see more than 70 international companies exhibiting, all eager to do business with the fast-growing polyurethanes industry in Asia-Pacific. More than 10 companies have already applied for time slots in the English-language seminar programme which will run alongside the exhibition. Several of the companies have asked for more than one slot in the programme, which offers four hour-long time slots in each seminar covering the main application areas for polyurethanes: flexible foams, rigid foams, automotive, and footwear and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers). This leaves just four slots open, the organisers add. These hour-long sessions-open only to companies exhibiting at the UTECH Asia event-give the sponsors an ideal opportunity to contact their existing or new customers in a highly professional environment, adding to the benefit provided by their participation in the exhibition. First used at the PU China 2004 event, this concept proved to be very successful with more than 150 attendees in several of the seminars, all keen to hear what the firms involved had to offer.Companies wishing to take advantage of this opportunity during the UTECH Asia event should Email:
