London - The final deadline for paper submissions for the CASE Study 2013 conference running 10-11 Dec in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has been extended to Friday 13 Sept, according to organisers Crain Communications.
This is the first-ever event focused on CASE (coating, adhesives, sealant and elastomer) developments in the polyurethanes sector, so interest is running high among the commercial and technical specialists expected to attend the conference.
"A wide range of interesting papers on the latest advances in coatings, adhesives and sealants has been offered already, with contributions coming from across the US and Europe," commented conference producer David Reed, adding that this includes an offer from one of India's dynamic elastomer makers, Jayant Elastomers Pty.
The offers so far include some interesting developments in the coatings and adhesives segments, Reed noted, adding that "surprisingly few other papers have been offered on polyurethane-based elastomers", despite this being one of the key topics in the CASE sector and includes the use of polyurea and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane technologies), where recent activity has been very high with many new innovations.
Accordingly, Reed is keen to keep the door open for more presentations, with those on PU elastomers and TPUs being particularly welcome, alongside further offers of papers from companies or organisations interested in presenting their work to the international audience of commercial and technical specialists expected to attend this key event focused on CASE developments in the polyurethanes sector.
So, if your company has some recent interesting developments to report in any of these sectors, there is still time to get an offer in before the Initial Programme is issued in late-September: simply send a 50-100-word summary of the topic to David Reed at: [email protected], but do it soon, all possibilities must be received by Friday 13 September.
