Arlington, Virginia-Friday 9 March is the final date for authors to submit technical paper abstracts for the Polyurethanes 2007 Technical Conference being held this September in Florida, in partnership with the UTECH North America Exhibition.
The conference organiser, the Centre for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI)-formerly the Alliance for the Polyurethanes Industry-part of the American Chemistry Council, says, "Submit your abstract online today."
This year sees two major forces in the international polyurethanes industry, the CPI and the UTECH organisers IPI/Crain Communications, come together to create the inaugural Polyurethanes 2007 Technical Conference, in partnership with UTECH North America Exhibition. Scheduled for 24-26 Sept at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, this global event is expected to be the polyurethane industry's largest gathering in the NAFTA region.
The combination of the Polyurethanes Technical Conference, established in 1957, well known for its long-running series of major technical conferences, and the more downstream-industry-oriented UTECH event, established in 1986, is expected to bring new life and style to the dynamic polyurethane industry in the NAFTA region.
These two groups will create a unique platform offering both exhibitors and visitors "an outstanding opportunity to reach an audience of more than 1200 manufacturers and processors of polyurethane-based products across all industrial sectors," said the CPI announcement."
