Accra - Latex Foam Ghana Ltd has donated 200 mattresses to the Greater Accra regional council to aid disaster management during Ghana's rainy season, according to local press reports.
Nii Laryea Afotey Agbo, Greater Accra regional minister, is reported to have expressed his gratitude to the company for its support over the years. He called on other businesses to help the government's efforts during disasters.
Patrick Chrapah, marketing manager, Latex Foam, who presented the mattresses is reported as saying the donation represents part of the company's corporate social responsibility.
