Phoenix, Arizona – Latexco US is constructing a new production centre to increase its capacity for polyurethane foam and latex products in the western US.
The facility is moving to Phoenix from Santa Fe Springs, California. Latexco West has been based in Santa Fe Springs since 2006.
The new 9300m2 facility will double the company’s production capacity in its western US centre. This follows on from a tripling in capacity of the company’s eastern US centre in Lavonia, Georgia.
As well as producing foam and latex, the new facility will offer fully automated mattress assembly. This is in response to a growing demand from customers.
The new plant will be built, and the business relocated, in the first quarter of 2019.
