Machinery maker Bäumer has a new look

Freudenberg, Germany -- While cutting and handling machinery maker Albrecht Bäumer GmbH & Co. KG will officially keep their company name, the company has changed its corporate design significantly.

As the company is widely called "Bäumer" by customers, partners and staff members in everyday usage, the change to a shorter name has now also taken effect in the company's logo.

There have also been far-reaching changes within the executive board of Bäumer, with Stephan Halstrick appointed as ceo in addition to Helmut Kritzler. In addition, the fourth generation of the family-owned enterprise, represented by Nina Patisson and Philipp Schuster, is also now playing an active role in the company.

The new logo is simpler, more modern and clearer. "We want to tie in with successful times and keep up their values such as quality," as well as demonstrating a future, innovation oriented focus, said marketing manager Nina Patisson.

More than 80 percent of the produced machines, systems and cutting tools are exported abroad. As the "Ä" in the company's name is difficult in international communication, it is now stylised.

Adding the phrase, "machine engineering" to the logo emphasises the internationality of the company and its focus on development and innovation.
