Singapore — Manali has bought UK systems house Notedome for £13.5 m ($17.3 m) through a combination of internal resources and loans, the Chennai, India-based firm told the Bombay Stock Exchange on 3 October.
Manali announced that its board had approved $15m to invest in systems house purchases in September. The firm made the purchase via its Amchem subsidiary, which is based in Singapore.
Notedome, based in Coventry, UK, was established in 1979 and makes a range of Neuthane polyurethane cast elastomers, which it sells in 45 countries.
