Gelsenkirchen, Germany – Polyurethane hose group Masterflex SE reported a 7.9% growth in revenues for 2014 – at EUR62.5m ($68.9m)– compared to 2013.
The company’s EBIT (earnings before interest and taxation) was EUR6.3m in 2014.
According to a press release issued by the company, the Masterflex Group grew strongly in the first three quarters of 2014.
Up to the end of Q3, 2014, revenue growth was 8.9%. There was, the company said, a momentum drop in the last quarter with revenue growth reported at 4.6% in Q4.
The company said the Q4 drop was down to developments in Russia and teething problems in a major medical technology project that have since largely been solved.
The figures are still subject to confirmation by the auditor and approval by the supervisory board. The final figures for the year will be presented by the executive board at the financials press conference in Dusseldorf, Germany, on 30 March 2015.
