Hulme: going for growth
The new company, which is located south of Manchester in the UK, will house management, sales, technology and customer service functions to help the company grow outside China.
Steve Hulme was appointed as vice-president, commercial operations at Maysta Chemical in September. He is also general manager of the UK-based company, and said it is hiring. Experienced market-facing personnel are at the top his list of candidates. He wants the company become a global force in the market.
'We are very excited to be building out our capabilities and we aim to become a credible alternative supplier of innovative solutions,' Hulme said.
Separately, the company said it had recently added polyurethane catalysts to its portfolio. These are sold under the Maycat brand.
