Dalton, Georgia – Meridian Adhesives Group has acquired two European adhesives suppliers. Gentec operates in the Benelux countries, while FT Polymer serves the French, Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian markets.
The two companies, whose products include adhesives, encapsulants, coatings, UV curing technology and dispensing equipment, will join Meridian’s electronics division. They will work directly with Epoxy Technology Europe, which is already a Meridian business, and whose product range includes urethane adhesives.
‘After years of working with Gentec and FT Polymer, we are excited to have these two well-established companies joining Meridian,’ said Nicolas Schwarz, managing director of Epoxy Technology Europe. ‘I am looking forward to the expertise they will bring to our electronics division.’
