Gent, Belgium - Milliken Chemical will be showcasing its polyurethane colouring technology, Reactint, at the forthcoming PUTECH Eurasia, the chemical company said in a 17 Oct news release.
Reactint colourants are reactive polymeric colourants that consist of chromophores which are chemically bound to polyols, which Milliken said allows the colourants to react into the polymer matrix.
The US company, which has its European base in Belgium, said the liquids do not settle over time, and are suitable for flexible and rigid foam, and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) applications.
Milliken will also be presenting its Dispersitech colourants, its Milliguard UVX2 light absorbant and Alphasan AF dispersion at the event, which will be held 17-20 Nov in the Istanbul Expo Centre, Istanbul, Turkey.
