Texas, US – Perma-Pipe has announced a further $15m in contracts for its PU-insulated pipes. This includes $6m in the MENA region, and a further $9m in the Americas.
All will use the company’s Xtru-Therm spray polyurethane foam insulation system, allied to its anti-corrosion coatings. It is jacketed with an HDPE casing.
The additional contracts in the MENA region are largely for district energy infrastructure projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council region, the company said.
“Growth in all regions has been part of our overall strategy, and we are proud to see this coming together, enabling Perma-Pipe to continue strengthening its leading market position,” said David Mansfield, the company’s president and CEO.
The company specialises in pre-insulated piping and leak detection systems for the oil and gas sector, and also in applications such as district heating and cooling. It has operations at 15 locations in six countries.
