Cranston, Rhode Island - Mearthane Products Corp. (MPC) is offering manufacturers of printers the opportunity for free testing of developer rollers.
Both original printer manufacturers and re-manufacturers will have an inexpensive route to prove the semi-conductive rollers' durability, quality, and what Mearthane calls "consistently reliable tribocharge management." Cranston-based MPC said it is also offering a ten percent discount on the first production order of rollers after such testing.
"Manufacturers of business and consumer printers and replacement developer rollers can use our test rollers to help find the performance breakthroughs that differentiate their products in the market," commented Raymond Perry, MPC Quality Engineering manager, in a 13 Nov company announcement.
"We specially formulate these rollers for superior performance and long life," added Dr Albert Chiang, vice president of Research and Development at MPC. "They provide precision toner distribution for excellent print quality, and they outlast other rollers to reduce downtime costs."
MPC claims its developer rollers also feature improved abrasion and wear characteristics, chemical resistance, resiliency, and sound damping properties that make them ideal for use in non-prebate cartridges. The rollers are compliant with most popular printer models, including HP3500, HP 4600, HP5500, and Lexmark S and T, according to the roller developing experts.
