Minneapolis, Minnesota - Graco's new Reactor H-VR is a simple-to-operate variable ratio dispensing system for polyurethane foams and polyurea coatings.
It is designed for materials that have extreme differences in viscosity between the A and B components, and allows the user to "spray infinitely variable volumetric ratios ranging between 1:1 and 2.5:1," said Minneapolis-headquartered Graco.
Maximum fluid output depends on the ratio setting, but can be from 15 pounds per minute (1.5 gallons per minute) at 1:1 ratio, to 10 pounds per minute (1 gallon per minute) at 2.5:1 ratio.
