London - A new report on the seating market shows how Johnson Controls Inc, Lear and Faurecia, together have over two-thirds of the North American and European markets, while Japan/South Korea, is dominated almost entirely by Japanese and South Korean companies according to the 2013 edition of Automotive Seatings Systems Report by HIS.
IHF says the report takes an in-depth look at the global seating market, including the key changes currently underway in the industry, as well as what the future holds for the sector. It considers in-house seat manufacturer and supply chain developments, along with advances in safety, comfort and convenience.
The report is available in PDF format from IHS for €1690 or $2110.
