By Liz White, UT staffRobbinsville, New Jersey-TAH Industries Inc. has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Nomura Jimusho Inc.
Robbinsville-based TAH makes static mixer & packaging solutions for the adhesive & sealant industry. Nomura Jimusho is a Japanese distributor of a variety of raw materials for the chemical, polymer, rubber & catalysts industries.
"By signing this agreement, TAH acknowledges the importance and growth potential of the Japanese market. The driving product behind this partnership is the u-TAH Cartridge, said Meghann Horner, TAH's Asia sales manager, in TAH's 3 Nov announcement. "This revolutionary system is the most exciting packaging concept for two-component adhesives & sealants in fifteen years."
TAH says its u-TAH Cartridge design allows up to 280 ml of two-component materials to be consistently and reliably dispensed from a good quality, single-component caulking gun. Manual, electric or pneumatic 310ml caulking guns can also be used.
Separately, TAH Industries said it is now ISO 9001:2000 registered. "The achievement of ISO9001:2000 by TAH Industries is an important affirmation of the hard work and dedication that the entire organisation has put into this," said Greg Jones, TAH quality manager, in a company announcement.
