Tsurupinsk, Ukraine -- OSV Technology said it had delivered a continuous production line for decorative thermal panels to an unnamed company in Serbia.
OSV said that it carried out all the building and fine-tuning of the line at its factory in Tsurupinsk. And additionally, it trained staff at the purchasing firm.
The line is designed to make a wide range of cladding panels, said OSV. The firm added that the panels consist of a layer of composite material and rigid polyurethane foam.
Thanks to this structure, decorative thermal panels realise several functions at the same time: they provide excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation, as well as they accurately imitate almost all natural textures - stone, wood, textiles, etc.
This line is constructed as a modular system. Depending on what working speed it is necessary to provide the line can be equipped by additional units.
