Warsaw – Polish holding company Ciech is putting its Pianki foaming business under the spotlight in a business review.
The company will try to increase its value by changing its portfolio and a greater focus on key areas. This process could include moving assets around within the group, buying new businesses, or selling existing ones.
According to an announcement on the Warsaw stock exchange, the company may form a holding company with a number of individual business areas.
