Kansas City, Missuori - The US Polyurea Development Association has elected the 2009-2010 board of directors to serve during the association's 10th anniversary year, the group announced recently.
Don Dancey (pictured) of Innovative Painting & Waterproofing in Brea, California, is president for the 2009-2010 term. Dancey's primary focus as president will be on developing and growing stronger relationships between PDA members by increasing networking and communication. He also plans to strengthen PDA's industry education efforts by continuing to disseminate current trends and new information to the industry.
Serving with Dancey are president-elect, John Turnour of Rebus Inc. of Aston, Pennsylvania and secretary/treasurer, Christiane Hackl of BASF Corp., Florham Park, New Jersey. Immediate past president Lee Hanson, of The Hanson Group of Duluth, Georgia, will also serve on the board. These officers make up the executive committee that will lead this year's PDA board.
National directors elected are Alan Brown, Polycoat Products, Santa Fe Springs, California; Kyle Flanagan, The Flanagan Corp., Newport Coast, California; Lou Frank, Lou Frank Consulting Inc., San Diego, California; and John Tate, Graco Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota.
International directors elected are Bernd Dietz, REMA TIP TOP GmbH, Poing, Germany; Tony LaGrange, Quantum Technical Services, Ltd, Edmonton, Canada; and Weibo Huang, Qingdao Technological University, Qingdao, PR China, while the alliance director is Lee Bower of PolyVers International, Houston Texas
