London - The Polyurea Development Association Europe and Urethanes Technology International will host a polyurea technology webinar looking at developments in two-component spray coatings.
The 13 May webinar, which will be held at 2pm Central European Time, is aimed at applicators, contractors and formulators, as well as architects, civil engineers and designers. Chemists, engineers and technicians who want to gain insight into a fascinating new technology are also invited to join the event.
The webinar will be presented by Carles Royo Quelart (Gama), Cees Moorman (BASF) and Marc Broekaert (Huntsman) who will introduce PDA Europe and address issues such as steel and concrete surface inspection, surface preparation and application areas demonstrate by case studies. The webinar will also comprise a Q&A session where participants can directly put their questions.
Polyurea coatings are mainly used in applications where fast cure is needed and the treated surfaces need to be put in service again as soon as possible. This includes theme parks, landscaping, decorative design, sewage lines, building construction and maintenance, and traffic areas. The treated surfaces can be walked on immediately and full curing is obtained within a few hours, PDA Europe said in a news release.
