Texas, US – Perma-Pipe has been awarded several more projects in the Americas and the Middle East. The projects will use Perma-Pipe’s anti-corrosion coating technology plus its Xtru-Therm insulation system, which uses a spray polyurethane foam jacketed with a HDPE casing.
The new orders include double-containment and pre-insulated piping for data centre and industrial expansion projects in both the US and Saudi Arabia. There are also several new anticorrosion projects for the oil and gas markets in western Canada and the UAE. The value of the projects is in excess of $27m.
“These major project awards reflect the increasing demand for Perma-Pipe’s solutions,” said Marc Huber, the company’s SVP for the Americas region. “This demand is being fuelled by market growth in data centres, rising investments in pharmaceuticals and industrial sectors, and the expansion of midstream energy projects.”
