Perstorp, Sweden - Speciality chemicals company Perstorp has signed an extended distribution agreement with Milano Colori for coatings and resins products in Italy and San Marino.
Milano Colori, which distributes Perstorp's coalescing agent NX 795, will also assume responsibility for distributing the Swedish company's 'building blocks' of the coating and resins markets, including pentaerythritol, trimethylolpropane, neopentyl glycol and its range of speciality polyols and caprolactones for these applications.
The collaboration will complement Perstorp's own sales force in supplying small to mid-sized customers in the region.
"Milano Colori is Perstorp's long-standing partner in this market and by formalising this co-operation on a segmental basis, we will be able to provide better efficiency as well as more development opportunities to customers in future," said Massimo Bolognesi, regional sales manager, Perstorp in a 25 Jan news release.
