Perstorp, Sweden -- Perstorp is increasing prices for its Capa caprolactones from 1 May 2010, a 26 March company statement said.
The price increases are as follows:
Europe -- Euro 150/tonne
UK -- £150/tonne
North America -- $0.09/lb
Asia & Rest of the World -- $210/tonne
"The price increase is made to offset eroding margins caused by increased raw material costs," the statement said.
The Swedish chemical company also recently announced that it will be presenting its 1K and 2K polyurethane coatings at the American Coatings Show from 13-14 April 2010 in Charlotte, North Carolina. (RD)
