Loudon, Tennessee — The US Polyurethane Foam Association is advertising for a new executive director, as the current incumbent, Bob Ludeka, is scheduled to retire in 2018.
The PFA said it is also creating the post of associate director, with the expectation that the associate director will work with the executive director until the executive director retires.
The associate director will be responsible for membership development, will participate in advocacy and promotions, and will assist membership support and at association meetings.
PFA said that the ideal candidates will have over five years’ experience of advocacy/promotion or management in the polyurethane or a related industry. Candidates will “ideally be available mid-2017 to begin transition work."
