Social Circle, Georgia - Precision Foam Fabricators (PFF) has purchased a new, state-of-the-art continuous line panel-laminating system from Bradbury Group Australia (BGA) to meet high customer demand.
The new equipment will arrive at PFF's plant in Social Circle, Georgia by the second quarter of 2012 and will more than triple the current production capabilities, PFF said in a news release. It will run in parallel with the existing continuous line panel-laminating system purchased from BGA in 1988.
"The innovative spray glue system on our new continuous panel-laminating system will greatly increase production speed and continue to guarantee that each panel is produced to meet rigid appearance and performance standards," commented Dan Garner, plant manager for PFF.
PFF manufactures structural insulated panels (SIPs) for walls, floors, roofs and ceilings for various applications including cold storage facilities, food processing, schools, and commercial buildings.
