Roye, France – Plixxent and its subsidiary Isotrie have opened a new distribution centre for polyurethane spray foam systems in France. It is located in Roye, about half-way between Paris and Lille in the north of the country.
The company said the expansion will strengthen its market presence in both France and Belgium. The new distribution centre will be a a central hub for the distribution of PU spray foams.
In addition to a showroom and sales operations, the hub includes a training and application centre, where processors can receive practical training on the optimum application of SPF systems. It will also offer logistical support, such as equipping applicators’ vehicles with the necessary technical equipment.
Plixxent acquired Isotrie back in January 2024. This, it said, has “significantly strengthened” its position on the European market.
“Within a year, Isotrie has integrated perfectly into our group and significantly strengthened our market presence in France and Belgium,” said Carsten Wörner, Plixxent’s chief sales officer, “With this new location, we are not only improving our customer service, but also providing a platform for innovation and partnership.”
