New Jersey, US – Spray foam equipment manufacturer Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC) is launching a new dual gun proportioner. The Premier Mach 2 combines the efficiency of spraying two guns on one machine with digital management and traceability features, the company said.
It allows two installers to work side-by-side, or tackle the job from both ends, potentially halving the on-side time. The machine also does the job of two proportioners, cutting the cost of maintaining a second rig.
PMC said the chemical monitoring system continuously verifies that all critical processing parameters are acceptable. An operator display gives instant visual assurance that ratio, temperature and pressures are optimal, even and accurate on both guns.
It is compatible with any combination of PMC and competitor guns, and can also be used as a single gun proportioner. Remote personnel can access its data via the internet.
The proportioner will be available for pre-order in November.
