Livonia, Michigan - PolyFlex Products Inc. is moving its headquarters and manufacturing operations to a 50 000 sq.ft (4645 sq.m) facility in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
"Our continued growth during the past decade had forced us to have operations in multiple facilities. This new facility allows us to consolidate everything under one roof while providing additional room for future expansion," said Mark Kirchmer, PolyFlex ceo, in a recent news release.
The urethane, plastic and rubber material manufacturer recently increased its overall injection moulding capacity by 30 percent and also doubled itsfoamed urethane capacity with the addition of a new rapid injection-moulding machine.
PolyFlex's sister company, ThermoFlex, has capabilities for heavy-gauge thermoforming, injection moulding and cast urethane moulding operations.
