Easton, Pennsylvania – Polytek Development Corp has acquired Franklin, Indiana-based BCC Products.
Polytek manufactures specialty polymers for mould-making and casting applications. It is a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners.
BCC supplies specialty tooling, mould-making and casting polymers, which it sells to industries including automotive, aerospace, foundry and marine. Its product lines include polyurethane elastomers and resins. Its president, Roger Brunette, will remain with the company.
Polytek’s CEO, Jonathan Kane, believes the acquisition will fortify his company’s leadership position in the industry. ‘The complementary manufacturing and technology capabilities, along with our shared vision of excellent service, will allow us to better serve our customers with robust solutions for every mould making, casting and tooling challenge,’ he said.
