Wimbledon, United Kingdom -- The sport shoes worn by the world’s top men’s tennis player Novak Djokovic contain thermoplastic polyurethane technology.
The adidas Barricade 6.0 tennis shoe features thermoplastic polyurethane triple stripes in the forefoot and a polyurethane outsole.
In an online review published by the Tennis Media Company, the strips of polyurethane at the forefoot are said to provide increased “lateral stability” while the outsole’s PU composition adds to the shoe’s overall “durability”.
