Auburn Hills, Michigan -- Dow Automotive Systems has given Todd Prey added responsibilities and added a new position for Bob Rogowski. Prey, currently vice president for Plastics, Fluids, and Polyurethanes within Dow Automotive Systems, will also take business leadership responsibilities for Body Structure, Energy Management and Commercial Transportation.
Meanwhile Rogowski, currently executive director for North American OEMs - will become vice president, North American Commercial Group, and join Prey on the company's Automotive Leadership Team.
In his expanded role, Prey is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategy and profitability for his business teams. Prey joined Dow in 2001 after spending more than a decade in various roles at Union Carbide Corp.
In his new position, Rogowski takes charge of all commercial responsibilities and future growth for Dow Automotive Systems in North America. Prior to joining Dow in 1988, Rogowski held positions with Borg Warner Chemicals and General Motors. At Dow Automotive Systems, he has worked in many roles in North America and abroad.
