Saratoga Springs, Utah – Earth Dispensing Solutions has launched a new portable dispensing bottle system.
Called Mana Care, it is designed to reduce plastic waste. In addition, the design also minimises the cost of liquid products to the consumer, said the company.
Conventional designs can promote the growth of bacteria on the surface of liquid products such as soap and hand cream. Bacteria grows because of moisture and airflow in current dispensing bottles.
A blow-moulding technique with polyurethane is used to make the bottle. It fits within a two-chamber refillable dispensing device, which allows the bottle to be removed to be taken elsewhere.
