The ranks of PU materials suppliers, compounders and distributors at NPE2012, set for 1-5 April in Orlando, Florida will include the following firms:
BASF Corp. (Booth 24000): North American unit of German chemicals giant to showcase materials including Ultramid speciality nylons as well as thermoplastic polyurethane resins, Ecoflex and Ecovio biopolymers and several ultraviolet-light absorbers and antioxidants.
Coim USA Inc. (Booth 63017): Laripur TPUs, as well as PU intermediates. Introducing glass-filled TPUs for extrusion and injection moulding.
Great Eastern Resins Industrial Co. Ltd. (Booth 65041): Taiwanese TPU supplier.
Invista (Booth 25016): Nylon 6/6 resins. North American debut of Torzen-brand premium nylon, which claims significantly improved balance of continuous-use and peak temperature vs. conventional nylons. Also makes polyester polyols for rigid polyurethane foams.
Lubrizol Corp. (Booth 35004): Numerous TPU grades, including those from recently acquired Merquinsa Mercados Químicas SL.
Alliance Polymers & Services llc (Booth 57020): Maxelast-brand thermoplastic elastomers and Elastollan-brand thermoplastic polyurethane.
