Graffenberg, Germany — Rampf Group companies will be using the Battery Show, Europe to display new materials and low-wear piston dispensing pumps for thermal pastes made from polyurethane. These pumps benefit from minimal maintenance, Rampf said and offer good precision. They can apply thermal pastes at rates over 10g/second.
The company says that they are based on the principle of forced volumetric dispensing and operate independently of pressure and viscosity.
Additionally, the pumps feature servo-drive technology which enables the speed of material discharge to be varied and can accommodate any mixing ratio for two component materials.
The company will also be showing its range of polyurethane-based reactive systems which offer a wide range of mechanical, thermal and chemical properties and are used worldwide in numerous e-mobility applications. These include charging connectors for electric vehicles, the company said.
It added the materials are RoHS-compliant. Michael Rampf, CEO of Rampf Holding said "we offer our customers support from product development to market launch."
The event is being held in Sindelfingen, Germany between 4-6 April 2017.
