Research Triangle Park, North Carolina -- Reichhold Inc. has appointment Peninsula Polymers Inc. as a non-exclusive nationwide distributor for its line of Beckosol, Kelsol, and Urotuf products.
According to a 6 Feb statement from Reichhold, the deal is designed to "significantly increase" the company's market presence and brand awareness and will "further establish Reichhold as the leader in alkyd and urethane chemistry," said the company.
"We are excited to be able to offer Reichhold's outstanding technologies on a national basis to our customers," said Ken Moran, president of Peninsula Polymers, in the statement. (ss)
