West Palm Beach, Florida -- Reilly Foam Corp. announced 2 July that it has added two new pieces of foam manufacturing equipment, in an upgrade which "greatly increases the output and manufacturing capabilities of the Florida location."
This equipment upgrade will help solidify Reilly Foam as "one of the top foam fabricators in the country," a statement added.
Reilly Foam has three other plans: its main site is in Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia, with two other foam-fabrication plants in Naperville, Illinois and Bloomfield, Connecticut.
These four strategic locations allow Reilly Foam to provide quality foam products for projects ranging from packaging to secure valuable objects while moving to large industrial applications.
Reilly said its new bailer and saw in Florida will allow the company to make moves to a greener manufacturing environment reducing waste and greatly increasing our recycling capacity.
Reilly Foam has speciality areas in: medical, military and liquid absorbing uses, industrial and acoustic types, gaskets, safety foam, reticulated foam, felt, and filter foam.
As an example of its range, Reilly says the medical foam is fabricated to make wound-therapy foam, grounding and EKG pads, for orthopaedic and surgical uses, cervical collars and walking boots, hospital non-skid surfaces, as well as lint-free hospitalwipes.
