Seoul - The Korean Herald reported 25 Sept. that Korean chemicals and film maker SKC plans to build a 20 kilotonnes-per-annum polyurethane systems house in Covington, Georgia, to supply materials for car seats, construction and appliance insulation.
The newspaper said the ground-breaking was on 25 Sept, and the plant would be completed in June 2010.
SKC already has one systems operation and plans to build three more -- in Poland, India and East Asia, the Korea Herald said.
